A jewel in the Windsor crown

Staff have now moved in to GenesisCare’s new UK head office in Windsor.  Project management and interior design by the Ward Robinson teams provide the highest standard required for cancer treatment specialists GenesisCare’s flagship headquarters.

Building on both this excellent relationship and the combination of skills, we are delighted to

GenesisCare provides specialist cancer care across a network of purpose-built centres.  The Windsor centre is dedicated to diagnostics, oncology and wellbeing.

This is the eighth centre in the country that the PM team has delivered, and our PM/ID team is currently working on the refurbishment of three further centres. We continue to work with GenesisCare on their new build projects.

The next centre to open will be in Cambridge, due for completion of site works in May.

TH_NK Clerkenwell

We’ve just completed the office refurbishment for TH_NK, based in Clerkenwell, London.

TH_NK work with high profile clients such as BUPA, Warner Brothers, Pottermore, LV, ASOS, Arup, Vue and Atom to transform their digital presence as technology advances.  The business was established in Newcastle in 2004 by Tarek Nseir, chief executive.

The London site is part of a Victorian warehouse in Clerkenwell.   Ward Robinson director Simon Grundy was asked to design and manage the fitting out works following his works with TH_NK for the Newcastle office.

Simon commented, “We’ve moved on from TH_NK’s previous office design which was very stripped back and technology focused and created a much warmer home-from-home environment with more texture and richer colours.”

Taking Berlin by Storm!

We made a turbulent arrival amid a storm to commence our team weekend in Berlin!

Highlights included a tour of the Reichstag German Parliament building re-designed by Norman Foster and the incredible glass mirrored dome. This was followed by a Segway tour of the city’s main attractions and then Potsdamer Platz for traditional German food and drinks.

The spherical viewing platform at the top of the TV Tower at Alexanderplatz was an excellent view point over the whole of Berlin and we finished our trip off with a visit to the Bauhaus Archive.

Our time in Berlin was a fantastic opportunity to explore such a diverse and vibrant city with so much history, as well as to come together as a team ….. and have some fun!
