We are delighted to see The Coach House shortlisted in the Conservation & Regeneration category at this year’s Constructing Excellence North East awards with the winners to be announced in October at the awards evening.

Our project management and interior design teams were both heavily involved in the renovation of The Coach House, a beautiful Grade II listed building in the heart of Central Gosforth Conservation Area. The property has been sympathetically converted to create two bungalows, four luxury apartments and two houses.
